Products will remain in your cart until they are purchased or removed. 

The cart is the last chance to review your order before you checkout. Please review size, quantity and delivery method, and double check all personalized items. You won’t be able to edit your items in checkout. To make a change, click the 'edit' link next to the item.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, click 'continue to checkout.' Our Checkout process is fast, easy and secure. If using PayPal, click 'buy now with PayPal' during checkout. You will be redirected to complete your transaction.

Shopping Cart Options:

  • Update Order Quantity. To change the order quantity of any product in your cart, click on the 'edit' link next to the item. Adjust the quantity and click 'update'
  • Change delivery method. To change the delivery method or store selection for an in-store pickup order, click on the 'edit' link next to the item.
  • Remove a Product. Click 'remove' next to the item you want to delete.
  • Enter a Promo Code. Enter a promo code and click 'apply.' 
  • Move Products to Favorites. If there are products in your shopping cart that you want to save and purchase again, add them to Favorites by clicking on the heart. You will still be able to buy it now.
  • Support Homeless Pets. Please consider making a donation to DogSmart Charity DogsTrust Ireland. We accept donations of any size from €1 to €999.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is processing, we are unable to change or cancel it. Our system is designed to process and ship orders. For any questions, please contact Customer Service by email on or Questions Call Us Free in Ireland 1800 851 232

In rare instances, we may need to cancel all or part of an order for various reasons, including:

  • Unavailable product(s)
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Inability to ship to address provided
  • Existence of a duplicate order

If your order is canceled, you will receive an e-mail notification. You will not be billed for any canceled products. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.

Estimated Delivery Date

Accurate on-time delivery is very important to us. For many products, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you determine when products are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors including product availability, allocation time in our fulfillment center, shipping method and destination. Please note: Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you with 48 hours of order, as well as your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and the time you receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and other information including order details and tracking links to help you track your order.

Return Policy

At DogSmart, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient.

Returning Online Purchases

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging. Note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medication products.
